We started building our own lithium-ion batteries to lower costs for our personal projects and make them fit exactly where we needed them. Now, we do the same for yours.
What we do
When you're building something custom, the battery is usually the hardest part to fit. You shouldn't have to change your whole design just to accommodate a standard battery size.
We build packs based on your dimensions. We figure out how to arrange the cells to get the capacity you need into the space you have.
Standard & Custom Cells
We stock reliable, low cost cells for prototypes. If you need a specific brand or model for your project, we can source those too.
Built for your Enclosure
You give us the max width, length, and height. We design the configuration to fill that space as efficiently as possible.
Design Flexibility
Whether you need a simple block or a more complex shape to clear internal components, we can usually make it work.
How we design
We developed our own design engine that handles most of our builds automatically. It calculates the optimal configuration for the space you have and gives us a blueprint to build from.
For more complex projects or unusual enclosure shapes, we still design the packs manually. This ensures that even the most difficult configurations are built safely and fit correctly.
